Softrams made this year's Best Workplaces for Innovators list, joining the ranks of powerhouse companies like Adobe, Spotify, Nvidia, Morgan Stanley, and many more. We are very proud of this accomplishment and the work we have done to stand out as innovators in our industry!

Softrams is ranked number 28 on Fast Company's Best Workplaces for Innovators list this year.

Fast Company today announced its fifth annual Best Workplaces for Innovators list, honoring organizations and businesses that demonstrate an inspiring commitment to encourage and develop innovation at all levels. Softrams came in at number 28, for its ongoing initiatives that drive innovation within the company and transform abstract ideas into a reality.

Developed in collaboration with Accenture, the 2023 Best Workplaces for Innovators ranks 100 winners from a variety of industries, including entertainment, biotech, consumer packaged goods, marketing, education, healthcare, and many more. Fast Company editors and Accenture researchers collaborated to score nearly 1,000 submissions, and a panel of eight distinguished judges reviewed and endorsed the top 100 companies. The 2023 awards feature workplaces from around the world.

“Innovation is at the center of what we do, whether it is to meet specific client needs, or develop technology accelerators for the betterment of the technology industry in general,” said Atchut Kanthamani, CEO of Softrams. “Some of our product ideas that have been championed and fulfilled into fruition are not only being deployed across federal agencies and making a difference in the lives of everyday Americans, but also further instilling a sense of curiosity, exploration, and discovery within our employees that keeps our innovative spirit ignited.”

"Innovation is a global priority, and this year's list has a decidedly international flavor,” says Brendan Vaughan, editor-in-chief of Fast Company. “Five of the top 10 ranked companies, including No. 1, Canva, are not headquartered in the U.S.”
